If you can't find the answer here, write to us directly — after a first conversation we'll come back with a concrete assessment. See also the Insights articles for context on costs and technical decisions, or our services in detail.

Project scope

What kinds of projects we take on and how we start working together.

What types of projects does BitForm take on?

Custom B2B websites, web applications, digital systems, integrations and AI Implementation projects, with Digital Strategy and UI/UX included in the delivery model.

Do we need a complete technical brief?

No. It's enough to start from a business problem, the current context and the desired outcome.

Can BitForm take over an existing product?

Possibly. We first analyze the code, the architecture, the documentation, the dependencies and the current risks.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes, provided that ownership, interfaces and responsibilities between the teams are clearly defined.

Do you use a fixed technology stack?

No. Technology follows the product requirements, the integrations, the expected scale, maintainability and security constraints.

Can you integrate a CRM, an ERP or third-party software?

Yes, where those systems offer suitable APIs or integration mechanisms.

Cost and timeline

How we estimate effort and why there is no single price.

How much does a software project cost?

There is no reliable universal price. Cost depends on scope, processes, roles, integrations, design complexity, security and delivery risk.

How long does development take?

Duration depends on scope and how mature the project is; delivery stages are defined once the requirements are understood.

Code ownership

Who owns what we deliver.

Who owns the source code?

Ownership and licensing follow the signed commercial contract; there is no universal public rule defined at this time.

Support

What happens after launch.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes, support and maintenance can be part of the collaboration, with the commercial model defined per project.

AI and data

How we approach artificial intelligence components.

Can AI be added to an existing application?

In many cases, yes, after analyzing the use case, the architecture, the data and the integration options.

Which AI model does BitForm use?

There is no single default model; the choice depends on the task, quality requirements, data handling, latency and cost.

Can AI outputs be used automatically, without review?

Not in every workflow — where errors have material consequences, the system includes appropriate review or escalation.
